IS IT FREE TO REGISTER AND BE APPROVED TO BUY?

 Yes. DeeperDeals.com is always free for buyers. All you need to do is go to the website Deeperdeals.com and register as a buyer.

 

 HOW DO I REGISTER?

Go to the Deeperdeals.com website and click on Register Today and begin the simple registration process. We will need the following information: Name, address, number of locations, address of each location and a resale certificate for each location

 

WHY DO SOME SELLERS REQUIRE ME TO BE APPROVED?

Many of the Sellers on the DeeperDeals.com site are the actual manufacturer. To protect the integrity of their brand, many of them need to know who they are selling to, or have special instructions for resale or require that you sign a separate dealer agreement.

 

HOW DO I RECEIVE APPROVAL FROM EACH MANUFACTURER?

Once you are registered, click on the desired seller.  Then go to store, select product, select the green Become Approved button, and agree to the terms and conditions for each seller.

 

HOW DO I ADD ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS ONCE I’M REGISTERED?

Login to your buyer portal, navigate to My Account. Under Manage Locations click the Add Location button to the right, and fill out the form. Finally, upload your reseller certificate for the State, and click Save.  This will be required for each location.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ONCE I AM REGISTERED TO PURCHASE FROM THAT SELLER?

It depends on the Seller but it can be anywhere from 1 day to 1 to 2 weeks to be approved by the manufacturers.

 

HOW DO I SEE WHAT IS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?

You must first register so DeeperDeals.com can display product available for sale from your physical location. For some Sellers you will not be able to see pricing until you have been approved by that Seller.

 

I HAD PRODUCT IN MY CART BUT IT DISSAPPEARED. WHAT HAPPENED?

Product on the DeeperDeals.com website moves quickly. Like an airline reservation process, when you select a product to buy that product is no longer displayed as available on the site. While you are in the shopping cart you have 5 minutes to check out. If that time is exceeded, the website may remove the product from your cart and make it available to other buyers.

 

I RESERVED PRODUCT A FEW DAYS AGO BUT IT NO LONGER APPEARS ON MY OPEN ORDERS. WHAT HAPPENED?

Once reserved, you are allowed 48 hours for your payment to be received. If payment is not received in that timeframe the product will be removed from your orders and made available to other buyers.

You should be aware that if you reserve loads more than once without payment you may be blocked from reserving product in the future.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PICK OUT PRODUCT TO PURCHASE, BUT CHANGE MY MIND PRIOR TO PAYMENT? CAN I CANCEL?

Yes, you may cancel your order before you make payment (order cannot be canceled once payment has been made).

 

HOW DO YOU PAY FOR THE PRODUCT?

DeeperDeals is a “cash and carry” platform. All products you wish to purchase are reserved pending the receipt of a wire from you for payment in full. When you reserve product, wire and pick up instructions are emailed to you. As soon as your wire is received your product is available for pick up. 

 

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PRODUCT?

Once you have selected your order and checked out of the shopping cart, you have 48 hrs. to make payment arrangements (If payment has not been made within that time frame the product selected will go back to the seller’s available product)

 

HOW DO I WIRE PAYMENT?

Upon placing your order on DeeperDeals.com, you will receive payment instructions via an email to the email address set on your user profile as well as within the order details for that order.  The instructions will include all the necessary wire information, including: Bank Name, Account Number, Routing Number, Transaction Number, Amount Owed.

The actual wire process varies from bank to bank. Many banks provide online account management portal or you may have to call your bank directly.

IMPORTANT: You MUST include your transaction number in your wire comment/notes area.  (This insures your wire is attributed to the proper order).

 

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING/FREIGHT COSTS?

As the buyer, you are responsible for freight costs and arranging pickup of the product you have purchased. Shipping and /or freight costs includes handling, trucking, duties, and clearing costs.

 

WHEN CAN I SCHEDULE A PICKUP OF MY MERCHANDISE?

Once payment in full by wire has been received, instructions on how to arrange the pickup of your items will be sent by email.  You can then call or email the contact referenced in your pickup instructions to schedule the pickup of your items.

 

HOW DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?

You are required to arrange for pickup of your items from the Seller.

Once full payment is received, you will be emailed pick-up instructions for each order.  This will include contact information and instructions to schedule your pick-up.

If you are picking up a large load, like a trailer or pallet, you must arrange the necessary vehicle to transport your order from the Seller’s location.

 

CAN I RETURN PRODUCT THAT I DO NOT LIKE?

No.  All product is sold “as-is” as reflected in the steep product discounts. Sellers make every attempt to describe the product appropriately, however DeeperDeals does not represent or warrant that the information is accurate or complete.
